Blessed are the Undone Book Event

January 15, 2025 6:00 pm MST

Toward CRC Canada invites you to a conversation with the authors, Angela Reitsma Bick (editor of Christian Courier) and Dr. Peter Schuurman (former CRC campus minister). Join Zoom on Wednesday, Jan. 15 in the late afternoon/evening: 5 PT, 6 MT, 7 CT, 8 ET, 9 AT.

Blessed are the Undone (New Leaf Press 2024): This lively, thoughtful book starts with reimagining the Sermon on the Mount: “You are blessed when you have more questions than answers. You are even blessed when the Church has let you down, when life tips your canoe, when you’re just treading water . . . when your faith is Undone.” Its subtitle: Testimonies of the Quiet Deconstruction of Faith in Canada. Combining first-person stories, big picture analysis and a pastoral tone, “this book is a must-read if you believe there is hope for the Church to become an agent of healing in Canada,” as one review said. A richly Canadian book about deeply Canadian experiences.
